When and where will the wedding take place?

The ceremony, drinks reception, dinner, and evening celebrations are all taking place at The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve.

What is the schedule for the day?

The ceremony begins at 5:30pm. Cocktail hour follows at 6pm then we move to the ballroom for dinner and celebration until 11pm. The after party will end the night and last until 1am.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to park, find your seat, and get settled before the ceremony begins.

What is the dress code?

Formal attire. We cannot wait to see everyone looking their best!

Accommodation and travel

Will there be accommodation available at Ellis Preserve?

On the travel page, you will see where we have room blocks at hotels within walking distance of the venue.

Is transportation provided?

The hotels are within a 5min and 8min walk of the venue, however, if you require transportation please reach out to us!

Can I bring a plus-one?

We love your enthusiasm, but we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Can I bring my children?

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please let us know when you RSVP — we will do our best to accommodate.

Will there be a Day 2?

We will have drinks and celebration the following Sunday at Kildare’s in West Chester from 1-3pm. You are then welcome to stay with us during the day around town!
